Unable To Select One Specific Lot on the Issue Ingred Mobile Page (Doc ID 2878953.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, OPM Mobile

On the Issue Ingred mobile page , one specific lot is failing to appear in the Lot LOV, despite there being available quantity. The lot can be transacted on the desktop batch Material Transactions form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the lot to show in the LOV.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Issue Ingred mobile page (OPM Mobile > Process Execution > Issue Ingred), after entering the fields above the Lot field, do an LOV on the Lot field
