Interface Trip Stop Errors With "You Cannot Split a Line With Zero Quantity. Please Enter a Valid Quantity or Cancel the Operation." Case Where All Deliveries are Closed, Except Delivery With this Delivery Detail in Error

Interface Trip Stop(ITS) fails with the following error message:
ITS log file shows error:
l_errmsg User-Defined Exception
L_MSG_DATA=You cannot split a line with zero quantity. Please enter a valid quantity or cancel the operation. (QUANTITY=0)

Message :You cannot split a line with zero quantity. Please enter a valid quantity or cancel the operation. (QUANTITY=0)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to : Shipping > Transactions > Interfaces,
3. Choose Single Request - then select 'Interface Trip Stop - SRS',
4. Enter the delivery or stop and execute the request.
5. Error is shown in the ITS log file as noted above.
Customer has confirmed that the FULL QUANTITY ordered has already shipped.
They need a data fix to convey the same since remaining delivery detail cannot be shipped due to its small fractional quantity that rounds to zero.
For this case, all deliveries are closed, except delivery with this delivery detail that is in error
