Endeca ONT Full Load Job Failing With Error - "Can't get metadata file ./meta/AdditionalLineDFF_TEMP_METADATA.fmt" (Doc ID 2878981.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Endeca ONT Full Load job in Endeca Sandbox - it is ending with below error.  Same Endeca ONT full load job is completing normal and working fine in other instances. 

 Component [Run Load Data Full:RUN_LOAD_DATA_FULL] finished with status ERROR. (In0: 1 recs, Out0: 0 recs)
  Execution of graph './graph/LoadDataFull.grf' failed!
   Execution failed.
    Error loading job file: sandbox://ont/graph/LoadDataFull.grf
     Metadata cannot be instantiated (id='Metadata17').
      Can't get metadata file ./meta/AdditionalLineDFF_TEMP_METADATA.fmt
       Can't parse metadata definition file: ./meta/AdditionalLineDFF_TEMP_METADATA.fmt


STEPS


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Endeca Sandbox
  2. Submit "graph/FullLoadConfig.grf" in "ont" sandbox for execution.
  3. Now submit "graph/LoadDataFull.grf" in ont sandbox
  4. The Endeca ONT full load ends in error and in the log file error message can be seen "Can't get metadata file ./meta/AdditionalLineDFF_TEMP_METADATA.fmt"
