Symptoms

 There are work orders having user defined status different than Cancelled, Cancelled by PM, Cancelled by Approver but the System Status is Cancelled.

Steps:

1. Maintenance Super User responsibility
2. Navigation: Work Orders tab
3. Query Work Order
4. Click on Work Order number
5. On View Work Order (Work Order Details page) the System Status = Cancelled but the Status is NOT one of following: Cancelled, Cancelled By Approver, Cancelled by PM, or any other valid user-defined Cancelled status.
