ERROR

FRM-40212: Invalid Value for the field FM_SERIAL_NUMBER

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Receiving transactions > enter requisition number > enter serial get error>FRM-40212: Invalid Value for the field FM_SERIAL_NUMBER
