R12.2 Upgrade - Timekeeper Group form - F11 (query by example) does not turn fields to blue

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
After upgrade to 12.2.10, it is observed that in the ‘Timekeeper Group’ form, when  ‘F11’ is pressed or ‘View > Query by Example > Enter’, the fields on the form do not turn blue as it does on all other forms. The fields color turn white. But the query functionality does work as expected.
This is observed with this function under any responsibility that has it

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the fields turn blue when in query mode

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Access the Timekeeper Group form
2. Hit ‘F11’ or ‘View > Query by Example > Enter’
3. Observe that the fields do not turn blue
