Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Last_update_Date doesn't get updated for mtl_txn_request_lines after a 'Move Order Pick slip' report program is run

Post run, observations -
a. Quantity detailed column has been updated for the mtl_request_lines, however, last update date remains same

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When a row gets updated even the Last_updated_date should also get updated.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go To Inventory Responsibility
2. Create a move order having single/multiple lines.
3. Run Move Order Pick slip report program
4. Find that the Last_update_Date doesn't get updated for mtl_txn_request_lines
