"Value Secured" or "Category invalid or category invalid for the item" Error While Creating Purchase Order in Buyer Work Center (Doc ID 2880331.1)

While trying to add line on a Purchase order, below error occurs:

ERROR
Category invalid or category invalid for the item.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing respsonbility
2.  Click on Buyer Work Center --> Purchase Order tab
3. Create an Purchase order line , by entering the desired category.
4. Above error occurs, while tabbing out of Category field.
