Payables Manager Responsibility, ECC Payables Dashboard, Supplier Balance,

Drill Down From Open Invoices->Scheduled Amount,

getting "You have insufficient privileges for the current operation."

Steps to reproduce:

1) Payables Manager Responsibility,

Supplier Balance Dashboard,

Open Invoices -> Invoice Details -> Scheduled Amount,

getting "You have insufficient privileges for the current operation."

2) Can access Payables Manager -> Invoices ->Entry ->Invoice form ->Schedule Payment without any error.
