Symptoms
On : 12.2 version, Enterprise : Install / Upgrade
After downloading and installing the Oracle BI Publisher Desktop Plugin for Microsoft Word and Excel the BI Publisher section on MS Word or Excel does not show up. There are no error messages. The expected behavior is there should be a BI Publisher section on the MS Word and Excel ribbon after installation.
The plugin does not get added to MS-Word.
