Symptoms
On : 12.2 HRMS RUP7 version, OTL retrieval process
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Run Payroll (BEE) Retrievals / Rollback, the element is not processed, no element lines created.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect when validate for BEE and Transfer to BEE are run that element lines are created.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the seeded (standalone process) Validate for BEE2. View output file to identify offending timecard
2. Run Transfer to BEE
3. No error, but element lines are not created. The elements are there, but no lines
4. Checked employee level element entries, nothing created for the pay period.
