On : 12.2.9 version, Agreements/Blankets/Contracts
When attempting to Cancel Sales Agreement using the API oe_blanket_pub.process_Blanket,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Sales agreement line already exists for this item with same effective days in BSA Cancellation.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Prepare the data file and populate the variables needed for calling the API.
- Call the API "oe_blanket_pub.process_Blanket API".
- The Code will cancel the Agreements eligible in a loop.
- Facing the error while cancelling one agreement.
