ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Schedule Orders Program when Run with Bulk Processing and Schedule mode as Reschedule with Request Date is not processing all Orders.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Schedule Orders Program to Process all Eligible records and update the Schedule Ship Date.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > View Requests > Submit Request > Schedule Orders
4. Run the Program in Bulk Processing and Schedule mode as Reschedule with Request Date is not processing all Orders.
5. The Program completes but fails to process any available Sales Orders.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Bulk Processing Mode feature to schedule the Orders resulting in wrong Promise date and Acknowledge date to Customers.
