Ship from state missing in Tools > India Tax details for AR transaction.

Expects ship from state to be populated properly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Receivables.
2. Transaction > Transactions > Query the problematic transaction.
3. Tools > India Tax Details. Verify Ship from state.
