Symptoms
After upgrade to 12.2 the list of values of values to select the integrator to define a layout is not showing all the available integrators that are seen in the 12.1 pre upgrade instance.
STEPS
-------
1) Using responsibility Desktop Integration.
2) Navigate to Define Layout.
3) Query the integrator who's layout is needing to be created or changed.
4) The integrator is not found in the list of values.
Due to this issue, cannot create or modify the needed layouts for the missing integrators.
Changes
Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.
