Goal

The Oracle API oks_import_subline_pub.create_subline is used to create sublines for contracts.

In the API, You can not supply the monthly (or by UOM) rate, You have to supply the value for the subtotal of the line. The price per unit is then calculated within the API.

Due to this, The price per unit is not always as expected.

Example: Business needs a price of 20.00 USD for each unit but the contract subline API ended up calculating 19.99 USD or19.98 USD as unit price .
