FRM-40831 Error For Field LABEL_FORMAT_NAME When Opening Label Request History Form

Symptoms
The label format history form gives an error when the label format name is too long.
However, the Define Label Formats form allows more characters for this field.

FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field LABEL_FORMAT_NAME
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Warehouse Manager>Inquiry>View Label Requests
2. Enter the details in the query form (Find Label Request)
3. Click on Find, the error can be seen
