When attempting to Define reporting code with Decimal,
the following error occurs.

Reporting code should be defined based on data type.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India.
2. Reporting > Define Reporting Code > Query a reporting code with Data type as "Alpha Numeric".
3. Try adding a reporting code with decimal observe the error.
