Workflow notifications
Symptoms
Notifications appear in the worklist. For a particular notification that cannot be approved, reassigned or closed, the users keep getting notified about this error.
ERROR
No employee has been associated with user XXXXX
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Oracle Applications > Check the worklist that is directly accessible
2. A notification appears in the approver's list - the notification cannot be approved / reassign / closed
3. Observe the users keep getting notified about this error and receiving such notifications cannot be stopped
