On :  R12.1+ version, Posting

After upgrading to 19c database, GLPPOSS: Posting: Single Ledger is completing with error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into General Ledger Responsibility
2. Journal > Post
3. View > Requests
4. Posting: Single Ledger is completed with error.

 Database upgraded to 19C
