Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Approvals - Req, PO

When attempting to click Addition information on Requisition approval notifications
the following error occurs.

ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact you SYSADMIN for assistance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. One specific User, Create PR, APPROVE it.
2. Open approval notification and click on Additional Information.
3. Showed error
