While trying to add qualification in My account page the following error occurs

The following required field does not have a value: Qualifications


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to External candidate

2. Navigate to My Account Page

3. Click on the Qualification and Skill link

4. Enter the Qualification information

5. Click on Apply Button, System show above error.
