On : 12.2.9 version, Purchase Order
Unexpected Error When updating PO Line Num
BWC is throwing Unexpected error when updating PO Line Num with an existing Line Num ie if PO has 3 Lines 1, 2 and 3, if we update Line 2 as Line 3 then page is throwing unexpected error instead on valid error message.
********* In core form if user performs same action then form is throwing an valid error message.
ERROR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (PO.PO_LINES_U2) violated in Package po.plsql.PO_LINES_DRAFT_PKG. Procedure merge_changes.10
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PO with 3 lines
2. Go to BWC - edit PO and change line 2 to line #3 - getting java error
In core forms they get valid error message
