In Buyer Work Center > Requisitions > Summary Page, Incorrectly see Warning "This document is either incomplete..." When Accessing Purchase Requisition Approval History via the Status Link (Doc ID 2881646.1)

When attempting to view Approval history via the Status link in Buyer Work Center > Requisitions > Summary tab, get this error /warning :

ERROR

This is occuring after applying <Patch 33611501>:R12.PO.D from <Note 2832303.1> BWC:While Clicking on Requisition Status Link System Returns the Error:Ora-06512 At "Apps.Po_Doc_Style_Helper"


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Purchasing responsibility
2. Navigate to Buyer Work Center >Requisitions > Summary tab
3. See list of Requisitions
4. For desired Requisition click on the hyperlink in the Status column (this should display approval history) and the above get message is incorrectly displayed
