Problem Statement:

When attempting to create Previous Employment record in Polish legislation
the following error occurs on screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using PL HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Go to People->Enter and Maintain ->Find any employee
3. Go to Others->Previous Employment
4. Create new record
    Enter data for Employer e.g.:
    Start Date 01-Jan-2010
    End Date 30-Oct-2020
Click Tab, the values below are calculated as below:
    Years : 10
    Months : 9
    Days : 30
5. Getting above error when attempting to save the record
