Symptoms
When attempting to view work order cost details for asset, the following error occurs.
Failure of Web Server Bridge: No Back end server available for connection: timed out after 10 sec
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintenance Super User responsibility
2. Assets tab
3. search for asset number, select Costs from View LOV and press Go
4. press Work Order Cost Details button
5. observe error
