On : 12.1.3 version, Project Definition
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Project Key member is having future date as start date, which is greater than the project start date.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Project Key member start date should be aligned with project start date.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into the Project Responsibility
2. Navigate to Options -> Key members
3. Check the start date on the project and the project manager.
