Symptoms

On R12.2.4 iExpenses, Steps to Reproduce

(i) use responsibility Internet Expenses Setup and Administration

(ii) navigate to Internet Expenses Setup -> Policy -> Duplicate Detection

(iii) Create Duplicate Detection Rule and see "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance"

- note, FND Log showed: "...OASevereException=oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27120: SQL error during query execution. Statement: select OIE_DUP_DETECT_RULES_S.nextval from dual..."
