Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version,
Trade Management Lumpsum offers, unable to create attachment.
Error
an unexpected error occurred
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Trade Management User > Trade Planning >Offers
2. Create a Lumpsum Offer or query an existing offer which is not Active
3. Go to Collaboration in the left pane of the Offer creation page
4. Click on Notes, Able to create Notes without any issues
5. While trying to create an Attachment, after entering the Description and selecting a .txt file
6. Click on Submit, getting the following error:

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create attachment for offer due to error message.
