Problem Statement:

When attempting to modify any field on an employees person or assignment form nothing is editable


Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Responsibility: HR Foundation

  2.  Navigate: People > Enter and Maintain
     
  3.  Query Employee
