On : 12.2.7 version, Award/PO

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to use the update without modification functionality, there is no dropdown available to add attachments to the award

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should be possible to add attachments to the award

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to CLM responsibility
2. Go to Buyer Work Center -Awards page
3. Query award
4. Select update without modification from the action list
4. See that the dropdown to add attachments is not visible
