ECC - Full Load Program Throws Error "OnlineFullChanges RootCause : HttpSolrClient.RemoteSolrException" After Enabling ONLINE Mode (Doc ID 2882929.1)

Symptoms

 

In Enterprise Command Center (ECC), After enabling Online Full Load, When a Full Load is run for specific Purchasing dataset,
the following error occurs


Error

OnlineFullChanges RootCause : HttpSolrClient.RemoteSolrException: Error from server at https://<HOST_NAME>/core_ecc: Could not backup all shards

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to the application
2. Go to Purchasing Responsibility
3. Click on View --> Requests
4. Run the full load for data set - po-clm-award and find that the program ends in error



Changes

Enable Online Mode, as documented in note - Enterprise Command Center (ECC) Online Full Load Has Been Enabled But Still Cannot Access Specific Dashboards during the Full Load Run (Doc ID 2873024.1)
