In Enterprise Command Center (ECC), After enabling Online Full Load, When a Full Load is run for specific Purchasing dataset,
the following error occurs
OnlineFullChanges RootCause : HttpSolrClient.RemoteSolrException: Error from server at https://<HOST_NAME>/core_ecc: Could not backup all shards
Steps to reproduce
1. Login to the application
2. Go to Purchasing Responsibility
3. Click on View --> Requests
4. Run the full load for data set - po-clm-award and find that the program ends in error
