EMEA Add-On Localization (CLE) 12.2 Upgrade Patch 18712060 failed with error ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object

ERROR

    EMEA Add-on Localizations - Upgrade steps to 12.2 (Doc ID 1593750.1)

2. While applying the upgrade patch 18712060, error is observed in Patch worker log.
