Symptoms

On : 12.2.11 version, BUDGET

ISSUE
---------------
When user trying to submit "Budgetary Control Results Template" with RTF output format it completes in warning.

WARNING
-----------------------
One or more post-processing actions failed.Consult the OPP service log for details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to General Ledger Responsibility
2. View > Request > Submit a New request

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate the output in RTF.

Changes

 Application upgraded to R12.2.11
