Workflow Background Engine
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Workflow Background process not Processing/Picking Workflow Deferred activities like PO,OM etc itemtype from wf_deferred_queue_m queue.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once Workflow Background process is scheduled it should process the respective workflow
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to System Administrator -> Requests -> Run.
2. Run the Workflow Background Process
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process PO approval and Order Lines
Changes
Upgrade to 19C Database.
