How to Remove Values From Item List Of Values In Find Service Request Form/Advanced Tab? (Doc ID 2883537.1)

Symptoms

The Item LOV In Find Service Request Form/Advanced Tab displays many values.

The requirement is to remove some of these values from LOV.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with a Service responsibility.
2. Open Find Service Requests form.
3. Go to Advanced tab.
4. Open Item LOV and perform a generic search(%).
