ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Payroll Command Center function is not loading any data on Payroll ECC Dashboard page .
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting to see the payroll specific data on the Payroll ECC Dashboard page
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as the user > Responsibility : xx Payroll Super User All
2. Access function : Payroll Command Center
3. It opens up the payroll ECC Dashboard page but there is not data rendered, all the values are showing as 0
