EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Installed Base UI page should retrieve configurations based on versions


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Created Serialized Parent Item
 2. Created Serialized Child Item
 3. Created item instances for both the items.
 4. Created relationship between two items as parent-child
 5. Search parent Item in IB UI Page, click on item instance
       Navigate to Configuration tab to view configurations.
 6. Configuration tab shows child details with CURRENT version
 7. Change version to AS-CREATED, configuration shows child instance details.
 8. Expire relationship between parent child.
 9. Check CURRENT version. It should not show child under parent
 10. Change version to AS-CREATED and verify configuration.  Child instance should show under parent.
