When attempting to update a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) line in the Buyer Work Center, the following error occurs.

1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility

2. Go to to BWC-Agreements page - lines tab

3. Query BPA

4. Try to update a returned line - error occurs
