Symptoms

Items are not available for shared Operating Units of Global Blanket Purchase Agreement (GBPA) in iProcurement

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a GBPA using Import Price Catalog program
2. Navigate to iProcurement for shared Operating Units
3. Could not find the items in Operating Units
