While Doing a Copy of a Sales Order With Dual UOM To a Return Order Receives Error: "The quantity entered is higher than the allowed deviation for the item. Please re-enter." (Doc ID 2884020.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a RMA (return order) using the copy function,
the following error occurs on the sales order form.

  Error: The quantity entered is higher than the allowed deviation for the item. Please re-enter.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Query original sales order
    There is one line on this order for qty 200 Kg
    The line is closed.
4. Action > Copy to Return Order results in above error message.


Has already applied <Patch 32809650:R12.ONT.C> retested and issue is still present.

Originally profile option OM: Over Return Tolerance = 0 at Site level
Set this to 100 and retested. Issue is still present.
