Symptoms


Users upgraded from Oracle application from 12.1.3 to 12.2.11 and getting tax calculation error for all invoices in Payables

ZX.PLSQL.ZX_TDS_CALC_SERVICES_PUB_PKG.dump_detail_tax_lines_into_gt 3 Error(s) occured while inserting tax lines in ZX_DETAIL_TAX_LINES_GT.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables Responsibility > Invoices > Invoices

2. Create invoice and validate or click on Calculate tax -- Error received
3. Go to Tax Details form  > Tax LOV > Shows Duplicate values for same tax
