Problem Statement:
While submitting ‘India Form 12BB request’ getting below error message

APP-FND-00806:The default value 2023-2024 is invalid for assessment year segment
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1:- Go to HRMS Manger responsibility
2:- Open Submit Request > Click on submit a new request button
3:- Search “India Form 12BB” then press tab
4:- Error occurs
5:- Open assessment year LOV
Not able to find 2023-2024 in the assessment year LOV
