Labels Are Printing In All Cases For the Cartonizaton Business Flow Even Though Only Certain Users Are Defined For Printing (Doc ID 2884257.1)

Last updated on JULY 20, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Warehouse Management - Version 12.2.10 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The Cartonization business flow is defined so that labels are printed only for certain assigned users.
However, the labels are printed in all cases even though only some users are defined for this flow.
No other Levels are defined or enabled.  Labels are still printed for the user even if the user's assignment is disabled.
Other Business Flows work fine when restricted by Level = User.

  1. Navigate: Warehouse Manager > Setup > Printers & Devices > Assign Label Types to Business Flows

  2. Expand the Business Flows tree and select Cartonization

  3. Enter entry(s) for Level=user as follows:

        Label Type = LPN Content
        Level = User
        Value = Enter/Choose user from the Value LOV

  4. Perform the Cartonizaton business flow and note that the label is printed for any user even if that user is not associated with the Cartonization business flow or if the user's entry is disabled.
