Symptoms

When attempting to create an RMA Order the following error occurs.
When trying to return nnnnn3 line x.1 in sales order. Line x.1 was interfaced and closed and see the material transactions as well.

RMA Order: nnnnn3
original Order: nnnnn01 > Line x.1
Item: ABC
Warehouse:nn1

ERROR
You cannot return an unfulfilled sales order line

STEPS
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Query ORIGINAL Sales Order: nnnnn1 (Line 2.1)
3. Copy > Create New Return (RMA) Order: nnnnnn3
4. RMA Line 2.1 > Qty: -2 > Order Entry Error: "unfulfilled sales order Line"
