While adding an SIT (Special Information Type)  for an employee facing the below error:

Un-Expected100-ORA-01403: no data found


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Super HRMS Manager >
2. People > Enter and Maintain >
3. Special Info > Access the SIT (e.g: xxxxxx ID Information)
4. Enter the details and save
5. This error occurs : Un-Expected100-ORA-01403: no data found
