On : 12.1 and 12.2 EBS:


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Web Components Status show down when they are up and running in both:
Grid Enterprise Manager
and
Oracle Applications Manager Dashboard


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Since E-Business Apache in FMW 11.1.1.9  is up and running and functional, the web components should show as up with a green status

Applied CPU October 2021 patch on top of E-Business FMW 11.1.1.9 oracle_home
