CANCELLATION ERROR of the UNRECEIVED ASN WHICH HAVE DUPPLICATE ASN NUMBER (Doc ID 2884879.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
When customer reuse the same Advance Shipment Notice(ASN) number that has passed one year and cancel it, the following error will occur and failed to cancel it even though it has not been received yet.
This problem happen only when the another ASN(over a year ago) had already been accepted.

Prerequisites
There are two same ASN numbers with different "ship dates" on the same site of the same supplier.
example) Shipping number: ASN_TEST01
ship date: (1) 2020/07/15 00:00:00 => This ASN had been received.
              (2) 2022/04/17 11:52:34 => Cancellation error even though this ASN had NOT been received yet.

Error
The selected shipment notice cannot be canceled as one or more lines have been received or are in the process of being received.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. iSupplier Portal > Shipment > Shipment Notices
    View/Cancel Advance Shipment Notice Screen:

    Shipment Number Shipment Date Expected Receipt Date
    20200715-001 2020/07/15 2020/07/31
    20200715-001 * 2022/04/17 2022/04/17





  2. Select * line and press [Cancel] button.
  3. The above error occur and failed to cancel.
