Symptoms
On : 12.2.11 version, Actual Cost Process
After Upgrade to 12.2.11, when attempting to run the actual cost process customer gets the following error:

Program was terminated by signal 11.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials.
2. Navigation: Actual Costs -> Actual Cost Process.
3. Submit Actual Cost Process for the period.
4. Program ends with error.
5. The log file generated for the process includes the signal 11 error.
The issue was not resolved by applying <patch 33530071:R12.GME.C> and <patch 33631219:R12.GMF.C> as suggested in <note 2869615.1>.
