Error 'IMAP Server Is Currently Unavailable' When Updating Email Account (Doc ID 2885155.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Administration

When attempting to update email account,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The IMAP server is currently unavailable


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Email Center Administrator responsibility > Administration > Summary
2. Select the account and click on update.
3. Enter the details. Click on save
